For the Beet Hummus (with Homemade Chickpeas)

Dried chickpeas, soaked overnight

Roasted beetroot
70 g
Olive oil
15 ml
Tahini
15 g
Small garlic clove, finely grated
1 clove
Zest and juice of a lemon
0.5 lemon
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
