    Tips and Substitutions

    • Add chia seeds or ground flaxseeds to the batter to increase fiber and omega-3s in the pancakes.
    • Use chocolate protein powder and drizzle with melted dark chocolate instead of syrup, to create a dessert-like twist while still being rich in antioxidants from dark chocolate.
    • Mix some almond, peanut, or cashew butter with honey + warm water, whisk until smooth drizzle over pancakes.
    • Stir extra blueberries into the batter before cooking for juicy bursts in every bite.
